Needle penetration probe – This fast response, stainless steel, needle penetration probe is suitable for liquids and semi-solids including delicate foods, soft rubber/ plastic etc, although there are many other alternative uses for which this probe could be equally suitable.
It has a probe daimeter of 1.8mm and a probe length of 130mm. Response time less than two seconds. Temperature range -60 to 250°C.
Available in Type K (123-100) and Type T (127-100)
