K thermocouple stainless steel, pointed penetration probes, ideal for continuous temperature monitoring in ovens and similar applications. Supplied with a two metre stainless steel braided lead or stainless steel armoured lead. Response time less than ten seconds. Probe temperature range -50 to 350 °C. Probe dimensions 4 x 225mm
