HIKMICRO SP60 has a high sensitivity (NETD < 30 mK) and high resolution (640 × 480) HIKMICRO VOx detector, and the temperature calibration is up to 650°C. This flexible and ergonomic thermal imager provides an electronic viewfinder and a 180° rotating lens, making long-day outdoor inspections easier.
Advanced features help thermal imaging professionals to easily survey equipment and find signs of malfunction, such as GPS and compass annotations, continuous digital zoom, and 1-Tap level and span.

The SP60 is designed to be used outdoors, which thanks to the 10924 x 768 OLED electronic viewfinder and auto-brightness 5inch colour LCD touchscreen, outdoor use and inspections can be conducted even under bright, challenging lights and tough environments. The SP60 supports four focus modes (manual focus, continuous autofocus, autofocus and laser-assisted focus and a one second fast focusing speed to potentially save time by producing sharper images which can produce more accurate temperature measurements. Image details can be enhanced using the continuous digital zoom of 1.0x to 12.0x. The SP60 supports 3-level/span modes (manual, automatic and 1-Tap) to improve the image contrast and highlight potential problems quickly. Multiple images modes (Thermal, Fusion, PIP and Optical modes) can also be selected to suit the operators preferred view.
The SP60’s 640 x 480 (307,200 pixels) thermal resolution can be increased 4x using Hikmicro’s SuperIR technology, allowing for ultra sharp thermal images to be captured. Using SuperIR, image quality is improved by four times to 1280 x 960 (1,228,800 pixels) allowing a more detailed analysis on smaller or distance targets.
The Hikmicro SP60 has an image frequency of 25Hz, allowing for a smooth image even when panning across scenes or viewing a moving target.
Up to 60,000 Images and MP4 and radiometric videos (up to 64 hours) can be stored on the 64GB SD memory card. Up to 200 characters and 60 seconds of audio annotations can be added to the images and videos enabling further analysis or reminders for future reference. Each image and video automatically has the GPS and compass directions for geolocation and orientation added.
The SP60 has an integrated laser distance meter providing distance measurements from 10m outdoors and up to 50m indoors. Area measurements in M2 or ft2 can also be conducted allowing for parameters to be set and generating a report.
The Hikmicro Viewer App is a downloadable application allowing users to wirelessly transfer stream videos and images from the camera to a smart device. Images and videos can be analysed and shared via generated reports to colleagues or customers. The App can be used to take photos and change parameters using their device. Using the App enables an operators smart device to be used for mirror streaming enabling remote screening.
The Hikmicro Analyser Software is a free licensed PC software helping users to manage and analyse images and videos and quickly generate professional reports. Radiometric video analysis can be recorded to the incorporated SD card for further analysis on a PC. Using the software radiometric images and videos can be viewed, edited and analysed. The software allows for advanced analysis and processing of thermal data and batch processing of images and measurements. Reports can be generated with pre defined or customised reports.
The free licensed PC software Hikmicro Inspector provides operators to simplify the inspection process complete it efficiently. Inspection routes can be pre planned and download them directly to the SP60 camera. The software will guide the operator between locations whilst collecting images or videos at each station. When an inspection has been completed, image data and annotations can be imported into the Hikmicro Analyser Software for professional analysis and report generating.
The SP60 includes two interchangeable Li-ion batteries and a dual bay charger which provide up to eight hours of continuous use, enabling the operator to have a functional camera for a full day in the field. The included neck and wrist strap offer protection and added comfort when using the camera. The camera is IP54 protected offering protection from water and dust ingress. Drop tested to 1m the SP60 is a rugged and reliable thermal image camera which can be used in challenging environments.
