Hikmicro M30 Hand Held Thermal Imaging Camera

The Hikmicro M30 Handheld Thermal Camera is a combined visible- and infrared-light camera that can be used to detect anomalous temperatures quickly. It includes a thermal detector with a 384 x 288 IR resolution and a configurable 2MP, 5MP, or 8MP optical module.

Images are displayed on the Hikmicro M30 Handheld Thermal Camera’s 3.5” LCD touchscreen display with a 640 x 480px resolution. When used solely as a thermal camera, the Hikmicro IR Imager will detect and display real-time temperatures. The user can choose to view visible-light, thermal or combined thermal and visible-light images. To improve clarity the Hikmicro M30 Handheld Thermal Camera utilises a Digital Detail Enhancement technique which fuses thermal and visible-light images to provide a more detailed picture, enabling users to identify the sources of anomalous temperatures easily.

Furthermore, the Hikmicro M30 Handheld Thermal Camera features an alarm function and multiple thermal colour palettes, allowing the user to tailor the IR imager to his/her requirements and increase the efficiency with which out-of-range temperatures can be detected. It is possible to set the palette mode according to the alarm function.

Additionally, the Hikmicro M30 Handheld Thermal Camera supports picture-in-picture view of optical and thermal images, as well as 1x, 2x, 4x, and 8x digital zoom. It includes a number of practical features such as a long-distance laser which allows the user to identify and accurately focus on the intended target. The Hikmicro M30 Handheld Thermal Camera is also equipped with an LED light enabling it to be used as a torch in dark environments.

FREE Hikvision iVMS-4800 Temperature Analysis Software

Available for FREE download from Hikvision’s website, the Hikvision iVMS-4800 Temperature Analysis Software can be used to analyse temperatures, thermal images and videos in Online and Offline mode, as well as export temperature measurements into a report. In Online mode, users can monitor temperatures in real-time. Additionally, this software can be used to adjust image palettes and alter temperature parameters.
